My contributions included:

• Creating the information architecture and interactive wireframes utilizing Axure.
• Collaborating with an agile team of front end and back end SiteCore developers to ensure interface and usability items were built to specification.
• Partnering with Coveo to implement search functionality within SiteCore to improve user experience.
• Working with the internal analytics and SEO team to assess how to best apply improvements to the site that would improve user experience and get web users to the pages they were searching for effectively.

Bringing Warranty Online

As the customer experience manager on this project, I was tasked with researching the warranty process in full, identifying areas of inefficiency, proposing a new flow that would make it easier to complete warranty requests and identifying ways to automate communications that would update users as a request moved through the process.

As the creative team lead for the design update of of wigs.com, I was responsible for creating an updated style guide, new front-end graphics, and working with the development team to adjust usability and functionality.
